Rachel Elias Wein, AIA

Rachel Elias Wein is a licensed architect with experience providing advisory services to numerous Fortune 500 companies. Her experience includes over $40 billion in real estate transactions and $2 billion in construction projects.

Prior to establishing WeinPlus, Ms. Wein was a Development Manager with The Sembler Company in St. Petersburg, Florida, and a Senior Associate with Ernst & Young’s Construction and Real Estate Advisory Services practice in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ms. Wein has three degrees from the University of Florida: Master’s degrees in Architecture and Real Estate and a Bachelor’s degree of Design.

As an active alumna of the University of Florida, Ms. Wein lectures graduate students in professional practice within the School of Architecture. Ms. Wein serves on the Boards of Directors of the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies, Real Estate Investment Council of Tampa Bay and Camp Judaea in Hendersonville, North Carolina. In addition, Ms. Wein serves as the Construction chairman for the Pinellas Education Foundation’s $avings for the Classroom initiative. Ms. Wein is a member of Florida Blue Key and the University of Florida Hall of Fame.

Associates

Michael Allison, PE, LEED AP

A recent graduate of the Master of Science in Real Estate program at the University of Florida, Michael brings expertise in process improvement, development and financial analysis. Allison earned his B.S. from the University of South Carolina and prior to the MSRE program, served as a Development Analyst with Kimley Horn and Associates in Sarasota, Florida where he was the Continuous Quality Improvement Leader. He is a licensed civil engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional.
